PV² Energie is your general contractor for the turnkey construction of your solar power plant. We assume the investigation of the technical feasibility, conduct a profitability analysis, draw up the plans and build the ready to operate plant. We are also more than willing to support you in the financing of your solar facility and provide advice on questions dealing with the available transmission options (e.g. KfW [reconstruction loan corporation] programs).

We develop personalized technical concept based on the circumstances and condition of your roof surface area and the power supply line options. In so doing, the selection of materials and determination of size for the solar facility are based on factors such as the orientation and incline of the roof area, possible shading, quality of the roof cladding as well as the complexity of the grid connection. Project plan

The project plan is structured in four stages:

 

Planning		The initial step in the planning stage for your PV facility, involves the establishment of a profitability assessment. The calculation is based on factors such as the orientation and incline of the roof surface, possible shading, complexity of the power supply line and the individual financing terms and conditions. The economic feasibility assessment determines the choice of materials, while also taking into account the individual characteristics quality of the roof. To ensure secure and profit-optimized operation of your solar facility, PV² Energie advises you on the selection and coordination of the modules, inverters and substructure with one another.
Financing		We develop a personalized financing concept for every project that takes into consideration the project-specific circumstances such as material, irradiation, location and the investor. Our financial experts have long-term experience in project finance for renewable energy systems and have access to a constantly expanding network with banks and investors.
Imple- mentation		The technical implementation of the project requires coordination of various suppliers, structural processes and logistics functions. Working with you as the proprietor, we determine the location of the inverter and the cable routing to the grid connection point. We handle all the building regulation aspects, from setting up and equipping the construction site to the installation of the network connection all the way to leaving you with a clean construction site.
Securing success		An ingenious concept for technical monitoring ensures the long-term performance of our photovoltaic systems. Thereby, the regularly scheduled maintenance and upkeep of the PV-system play a decisive role in the context of technical operations management.
